| PhD – Geography, University of Florida – 1986 MS – Geography, University of Florida – 1982 BA – History, University of Florida – 1978 Information Technology Bureau Chief, SW Florida Water Management District – 9/2011 to Present. Responsible for oversight of the District’s information technology systems that support geospatial and scientific data management, E-Permitting and business support activities. Areas of support include Information Technology Governance, Application Development, Business Process Analysis, Desktop and Mobile Device Services and data center and network hardware support. Mapping and GIS Program Director, SW Florida Water Management District – 8/87 to 8/2011. Responsible for oversight of the District’s Mapping and GIS activities and served as the chair of the District’s Scientific and Regulator Data Stewards Committee. Areas of support included data governance, geospatial database design, GIS application development, geospatial data analysis and data collection (conventional and LiDAR topographic mapping, land use/cover mapping, aerial imagery, geodetic control surveys). |
