| Brean W. Duncan received his B.A. (1988) and M.S. (1991) degrees in Geography from the University of California Santa Barbara and Ph.D. (2009) in Conservation Biology from the University of Central Florida. He is a Geographer/Spatial Ecologist with InoMedic Health Applications in the Ecological Program at John F. Kennedy Space Center, Florida. His interest and experience include using remote sensing, geographic information system (GIS), and global positioning system (GPS) technology to design, implement, and automate spatial databases for ecological modeling and spatial analysis. This includes vegetation, landuse/landcover, habitat, fire event and fire regime mapping/modeling. | |
